We are a family owned and operated company and have a personal interest that each customer recieves the finest service. We personally answer the phones, package each order, and ship them across the Nation. Most importantly we insist that only the highest quality products are offered, and work hard to keep our prices low.

2.Do your guarantee your products?
All or our products carry our exclusive 30 Day Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee, if for any reason you would like to return your product within 30 days, simply contact us for a full refund of your product purchase price or an exchange. Please see our Return Policy for further details.
3. Are your crocks dishwasher safe?
Yes you can wash our crocks in the dishwasher. It is recommended that you use a medium teperature or gentle cycle without the heated drying cycle.
4. When will my order ship?
All orders with the exception of replacement spigots ship UPS.
Stripes and Solid Color Crocks usually are shipped the next business day after you order. Designer selections typically are shipped within 3-5 business days.

5. Can I use a Crock with beverages other than water?
Yes! Ceramic Water Crocks are ideal for dispensing virtually any beverage, (Not recommended for hot beverages). By using the optional lid your ceramic water dispenser instantly becomes a convenient way to serve ice tea, fruit drinks, lemonade, etc.. And because of our wide selection of designs, you can choose a dispenser that matches the theme of a party or colors of a wedding celebration.
6. What are the dimensions of your water crocks?
Our Water Crocks are standard sized 11" Diameter x 11" Tall and hold approximately 2 1/2 gallons without a bottle on top, (add the gallonage of your bottle for total capacity.
7. Will your Crocks work with my existing bottles or stand?
Our Water Crocks are standard sized a should work great with an existing stand and any standard 3 or 5 gallon water bottle.
8. Does the Crock chill the water?
The Crocks are non-electric and cannot chill the water, however the ceramic has a natural ability to keep the water cool. Many agree that this is the ideal temperature for drinking water.
9. Are there different color crock lids available?
Only Creme (off white) lids are available, although they do fit any of our crocks.
10. Can I order a different color of spigot than is shown in the image?
Yes you can request a different color spigot, (Blue, Green, Black, and White)
