Problem solved
Ann Bruns (Cogan Station, PA) 11/18/2011 6:05 AM
I e-mailed the company about the faulty spigot and the sent a replacement immediately. When taking the old spigot off my son-in-law ran his finger thru it and found a sliver of plastic, probably from the threading process, was stuck in the spigot. He removed it and washed it out and reinstalled the old spigot which is working perfectly. We are keeping the replacement as a backup. Really appreciate the water in the kitchen especially when the well can't keep up. VERY Satisfied.
