It is our goal to provde an enjoyable online shopping experience.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item/items within 30 days from your purchase date for store credit. We require notification of the return, so make sure to call or email before returning an item. Returns after 30 days are not accepted. For obvious reasons, we do ask that the item be returned unused and in the original packaging. We offer store credit for the cost of your item, less shipping, towards exchange for another item. Our Guarantee is to ensure the customer is satisfied. Restocking fee of 10% may apply. 

 

To Return an Item for exchange: 

Email us at kenny@watercrockshop.com.Include in your email your original order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return. The customer is responsable for all shipping charges, make sure you properly package the item to be returned so that is will arrive back to us in good shape!
